  1. Sometimes it’s just one of those days, but as you say there is always gonna be a better day…:)
as for your snack-shots… those are some serious snacks and beautiful series too!! I especially love the prawn toast; it looks so fresh and lovely. Can I ask how you lit this? Daylight or artificial?

  2. Thanks Simone, but sadly enough most are dceepfried stuff, but thats on request by the members here, so …..well we got to serve what the guest wants isnt it?

Thanks for the heads up, it was all natural light, on an overcast day with angry clouds, and some fill from a flash placed few meters away to the left.

  3. Mmm yum I’m eyeing that party platter… that looks like a goorgeous spread

especially the salmon pieces smoked in a jar – I’ve never seen that done before! Does it improve the flavour somehow?

  5. I’d hate to say it, but if days filled with such “B/S” produced such beautiful appetizers, maybe it wasn’t such a bad thing afterall? ;)

  8. Yes – I’d love to see how you smoked the salmon. Why doesn’t the flame go out in the airtight container?
